1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money gaming services at dk999, you must register a single Account using accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address where required.

4.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the dk999 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefitting from multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. dk999 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to void any associated balances or winnings derived from duplicate registrations.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any third party. dk999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Acceptable verification documents include government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), passports, and recent utility bills or bank statements.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. dk999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. dk999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources – all deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to verified payment methods only. Identity verification must be completed before dk999 can process any withdrawal. dk999 reserves the right to apply processing timeframes and to request additional documentation to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations prior to releasing funds.

5.3 Currency. All Account Balances are maintained in PKR. Where transactions are made in alternative currencies (e.g., USDT), conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. dk999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Unverified accounts. dk999 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification or where verification documents submitted are incomplete, expired, or inconsistent with Account registration data.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by dk999 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 dk999 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice if there is reason to believe the offer is being abused, exploited, or otherwise accessed in bad faith.

6.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts. Bonus entitlement is personal to the registered Account holder.

6.5 In cases where a Player has utilised a bonus in conjunction with a strategy designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements (including but not limited to low-risk staking patterns, hedging, or arbitrage), dk999 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All sports bets placed on the dk999 Platform are subject to the applicable betting rules displayed on the relevant market page. Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and other matches, are governed by dk999's cricket betting rules which are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

7.2 All casino games at dk999 are provided by third-party certified game providers and operate under the rules and return-to-player (RTP) configurations as set by those providers. dk999 does not independently determine game rules or RTP figures.

7.3 dk999 reserves the right to void bets or gaming rounds where: (a) a technical error has materially affected the outcome; (b) the market was offered in error; (c) the odds or payouts were manifestly incorrect; or (d) the integrity of the event or game has been compromised.

7.4 All bet settlement decisions made by dk999 are final. Disputes must be raised with dk999 support within seven (7) days of the relevant bet settlement date.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk999 Platform and will result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any associated balances or winnings:

• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in connection with any sports event on which bets are placed at dk999;
• Use of software robots, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated means to interact with the dk999 Platform;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, miscalculations, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage;
• Arbitrage betting or any wagering strategy designed solely to guarantee profit at zero financial risk by exploiting promotions or odds discrepancies;
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the dk999 Platform for any unlawful financial activity;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated in bad faith after a deposit has been used for wagering;
• Accessing the Platform using anonymisation tools, proxies, or VPNs for the purpose of circumventing geographical or account restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the dk999 Platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data – is the property of dk999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9.2 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the dk999 Platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or interruption of service.

10.2 dk999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occur. dk999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

10.3 dk999's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

11. Account Closure & Termination

11.1 You may close your dk999 Account at any time by contacting 24/7 support via live chat. Any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 dk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void associated balances, in the event of: material breach of these Terms & Conditions; confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any conduct that, in dk999's reasonable opinion, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

12. Responsible Gaming
